Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• US Domestic and the International shippings availabel via UPS, FedEx and USPS.
• Customers are allowed to use their own shipping account. To avoid delay in processing, shipping account information should be entered in Special Instructions or Note duting online order check out.

Custom Duties

• For All International Orders, customers should be responsible for any customs duties.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All fraudulent credit card transactions are tracked electronically through multiple channels and directly reported to law enforcement agencies.

Back orders

• For out-of-stock or temporarily unavailable item(s), a partial shipment is available upon customer's request.

Returns

• No returns are accepted for custom products, except for initial defectives.
• Contact our customer service to have RMA authorization within 30 days from purchase. Articles without RMA authorization will not be approved for return or credit.

Warranty

• Products Warranty is one year from the date of purchase.
